About The Event
We will meet Friday's this summer from noon-1pm in the fellowship hall.
Our topic will be the "Mortification of Sin." We will use Sinclair Ferguson's excellent little book, The Christian Life, chapters 13-15. I will send out discussion questions the Monday before the study and some reading will be assigned.
Who should attend? All men ages 13 and up. My particular focus is to get as many of us together as possible to discuss a Bible topic that is vital to each of us. I would like to see all our local men, retirees, and, well, all of us together, talking and praying about the eternal.
Why not study the entire book? It is well worth doing so, but I thought we would begin with the mortification of sin, putting sin to death, because sin is either killing us, or we are working at killing sin.
